The Creative Starter Package contains plenty of details to help you make the decision to move forward.
Once you’ve decided on the design you can upgrade your Creative Starter Package to the Complete Permit-Ready Set (we will put the cost of the starter package towards the complete package).

With the Complete Package, you will receive a Permit Ready Set:
You can also customize your design (email us for revision) or have your local engineer/architect do them for you.

When the estimate has been accepted, we will require a 50% deposit
